Law of Cultural and Creative Industries Development, Cultural Heritage Preservation Act ,and Guidelines to Arts and Culture Grants have promoted the development of Taiwan's cultural and creative industries with different principle and target of the legislation. In 1991, Professor Miyazaki introduced Japan's craft revitalization and community development experience into Taiwan, which formed Taiwan's cultural policy of General Community Establishment in 1994. This policy has brought some regions lacking of vitality back to life through the cultural and creative industries. <<
