The paper first presents the meanings of building the cultural information resources platform from the perspective of cloud computing,then analyzes features of the cultural information resources platform based on the prototype of the 6-level digital cultural service network which is made up of national, provincial, municipal, county and township (street), and village (community) systems constructed by the national cultural information resources sharing project。What's more, the paper designs a model of a cloud-basis cultural information resources platform based on IaaS and PaaS. Finally,the paper analyzes several key issues in building and implementing the cultural information resources platform, including the construction of a virtual resource pool, the design of a basic platform and the structure of a cloud services platform. <<
