In the first place，this paper analyzes the development situation of the NGEs in high-tech industries，and then discusses the viable mechanism and problems with regard to the NGEs enter high-tech industries.On this basis，this paper，by using the Coordinating Model and Ridge Regression method，studies the collaborative development and leading role between the NGEs and high-tech industries.In the end，this paper raises a series of policy recommendations that encourages，guides and supports private enterprises enter high-tech industry.This paper draws the following conclusions：the NGEs and high-tech industries show the trend of the collaborative development，but the coordinating degree is on the low side.Meanwhile，high-tech industries’ role in promoting the NGEs’ development is very important.
