By analyzing Japan’s economic growth situation and basic features，this paper points out several issues，including benefits inequality between large enterprises and SMEs，unbalanced economic development between metropolitans and local communities，wage growth lagging behind inflation，and difficulties faced by low income households. Although Japanese government has kept praising the effect of “Abenomics”，deflation has not been eliminated；the fiscal soundness and economic growth targets have failed to a large extent；employment rate has deteriorated. “Abenomics” was seriously challenged and has risk of being a failure. The outlook for Japan’s economy in 2015 is mixed with interactions of good and bad conditions.
