This paper begins with reviewing economic and trade development in 2014，and points out that Sino-Japanese relationship saw many complications and difficulties，which continued to hamper economic and trade cooperation. Economic and local exchanges recovered partially，however，bilateral trade expansion slowed down，and investment and skilled intern collaborations decreased significantly. There were still severe challenges to multi-level，all dimension，broad scope，and mutually beneficial China-Japan economic and trade cooperation. For Sino-Japanese economic and trade cooperation outlook in 2015，this paper recommends both countries to focus on long term and overall interests，and have more confidence，resolution，and patience to overcome difficulties，disturbances，and obstacles，to put the mutually beneficial relationship and economic and trade cooperation back in the right track.
