To strengthen the organization and construction of public cultural industry associations is the fundamental requirement to promote the cultural function transformation of the government and to improve their cultural work. The organization and development of China's public cultural industry associations is relatively lagging and still cannot adapt to the change of the government function under the circumstances of socialist market economy. Foreign experience must be carefully taken as our examples, and we must actively promote the organization and construction of the public libraries, museums and other cultural associations, so as to speed up the formation of the public cultural management system, which contains the macroscopic management of cultural administrative department and the microscopic management of industry associations. <<
