建设基层服务型党组织，是建设学习型、服务型、创新型马克思主义执政党的基础工程①，对于密切党同人民群众的血肉联系，提高党的执政能力、夯实党的执政基础，具有重要意义。贵州省在推进基层服务型党组织建设的过程中成效显著，主要体现在：积极探索推行在乡镇（街道）、村（社区）建立便民利民党务政务综合服务中心（站、点）、设立社区远程教育站点、建立困难群众咨询服务中心。同时，它也面临一些制约因素，主要体现在：服务意识不强、服务能力不够；服务体系不健全；服务机制不完善；服务功能不凸显等问题。为此，本文提出了相应的解决路径。
<<This report summarizes the main progress achieved in the process of promoting the construction of grassroots service party organizations in Guizhou Province，and analyzes the existing problems of the organizations. And then，it puts forward the path choice to promoting the construction of grassroots service party organization in Guizhou province：raising service awareness，improving service ability，perfecting service system，completing service mechanism，and strengthening the positioning of service function.
