In recent years, in order to deal with the invasion of online video to the traditional broadcasting industry, different countries launched specific strategic planning, such as, BBC put forward the "Project Canvas" in UK, Comcast Company and Time Warner Cable advocated "TV Everywhere" plan jointly in USA, and China government leaded the "Next Generation Broadcasting Network" program. To a certain extent, these strategies represent the innovation and transform of the new generation broadcasting in the post-digital-television-era worldwide. This paper tries to present the process, details and influence of these three different projects in the context of media convergences.
