The two trust companies existed in Henan province have become the leading role in the trust industry in Henan province，and made great contributions to construction of the Central Plains economy and the central region financial development. However，the trust industry development and the total economy development level is not matching in Henan，the single business structure，the lack of core business model，causes the profit ability insufficiently，trust companies should seize the opportunity，to achieve a comprehensive transformation.
