In the process of constructing Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Area （ZZAECEA），the finance support strengthen step by step，while Henan provincial party committee take the following measures：vigorously introducing financial agency，accelerating investment and financing platform construction，innovate financing lease business，actively form industry funds，research financial policy. But the finance in ZZAECEA still has problems because short constructing time，such as the imperfect financial formats，the bad ecological environment，the incomplete capital market，the lagged direct financing. In order to accelerate the financial support in ZZAECEA，we need take effort in the following works：regular the financial system，construct the backstage service center，support financial innovation，enhance state-own investment and financial platform，develop domestic factoring work，construct regional stock right trade center.
