This paper focuss on several issues of choice of policies of economic development in 2013. Several aspects are analyzed for China's economic development in 2013: China's economic development is entering into New Stage; some understandings of change of economic growth rate of China,economic restructuring of China needs an real effort to be pushed forward; regional disparity in economic development raises new requirement for macro-economic policy; prevention of economic risks,impact of change of economic development strategy of major countries should be focused. Analysis and recommendations given in this paper may provide references of choice of policies for China's economic development in 2013.reduction, fiscal income situation and so on. In the structure, we should take VAT as major tax cut, and we should take the path through both making VAT expand the scope and reduce the tax rate. <<
