The Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee brought forward a general goal of becoming a socialist culture power and set the target of cultural reform development in 2020.But no matter moving forward towards the general goal,or reaching the target, technology is and will always be an important measure and a powerful driving force.This paper points out the importance and necessity of the function of technology in construction of becoming a culture power, on the basis of understanding related speeches of central leaders and analyzing the new trend of worldwide culture development. <<
