The Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee brought forward a strategical goal of becoming a socialist culture power and upgraded art to an independent discipline,which made art science research work confronts vital historical opportunities and shoulders important historical missions. In order to push forward the research of art science research work and carry out the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee, art research planning management must be strengthened. The main measures include: rational planning and guidance strengthening; sticking to put the vital reality issues as the cardinal directions; doing well in the national judgement work of art science research planning programme; strengthening the construction of the art science research group and facility,etc. <<
