Under the background of culturalization of global economy and economization of global culture, national cultural heritage and natural ecological resources along with the national economic and social development had the "Value Increment Effect", which are endowed with some added values,for instance,industrial value, brand value and social value besides their own cultural values. The Midwest of China, due to its relatively late modernization, preserves rich cultural heritage and natural ecological resources.Those heritage and resourses become increasingly the foundation for less-developed regions to achieve a leap in the development. To sort out the resources distribution of the less-developed regions and to evaluate its endowment characteristics, with culture industry developing strategy embedded in the overall strategy of the regional social development, we will change the way of the regional economic social development with the help of innovating the developing mode of the culture industry. <<
