The survey of development of auto society in China in 2012 found that the average family car cost in the city is 232300 yuan,higher than the 154500 yuan in 2011.The families with private cars are more than 4000 yuan in monthly income.Along with the increase of the income,ownership rate of private cars is also a corresponding increase,when the monthly family income reached 30001 yuan,80% of families own private cars.Respondents believe that the most painful things for car users are road congestion,high gas prices and no enough parking space.The private car owners were penalized an average of 1.88 points for illegal traffic behaviors,higher than 2011's 1.28. <<
