China's overseas investment has been increasingly active since it became a leading country in overseas investment in 2003. In 2011, China ranked the 6th in the world in the flow of outward foreign direct investment (FDI) and 13th in the stock of FDI. In view of this fact, this article summarizes the current situation, and analyzes the risks and offers suggestions on the countermeasures against the risks in relation to China's overseas investment. <<
