In 2012, the central region of the new urbanization process was speeding up. Urban system optimization, urban agglomerations and functioning strengthen, speeded up the integration of urban and rural development, the urbanization quality significantly improved. But at the same time, there existed some problems, for example, the overall level of urbanization is low, regional development was unbalanced, the bearing capacity of small and medium-sized town is weak, development pattern, industrialization and the agricultural modernization coordination degree is low, the comprehensive reform is slow, the engine problem such as role play is not enough. Pushing new urbanization in central region in 2013-2014, we face great opportunities, such as rise of strategy implementation in central region. On the other hand, it is also controlled by protection and development of multiple contradictions. We need speed up transformation of the urbanization development pattern, mainly in the six big city groups. We need promote urbanization to pay attention to the connotation of ascension, harmonious development of economics and society, urban and rural development as a whole and choose a environmental-friendly way, efficient, civilized and harmonious development of economics. Thus we can promote regional coordinated development in urban and rural areas. <<
