In the exploration of "industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization" coordinated development of Henan province, the basic approach is making new urbanization a leading point, new rural community construction as integration point of urban and rural and growth point of rural economy development. The construction of rural communities has been carried out smoothly, in the result of Henan Province pay great attention to unified planning, mass voluntary, industry development and classified guidance etc. At present, 500 new rural communities has been basically completed in the whole province, while 2600 are under construction. The construction of new rural communities is an inevitable trend of economic and social development. However, at this stage, the construction must be pushed forward actively and steadily while adapting to local conditions and meeting local needs. Summing up the successful practice throughout the province, there are six effective ways to build rural communities. <<
