In 2012, China's environmental group events are still in a period of frequent occurrence. And in these events, microblogs have displayed their function of media mobilization and risk communication. The study first reviews the Shifang event, the Qidong event and the Zhenhai event on a macro scale. It then offers an analysis of their common features, followed by microscopic analysis of the subject and object of microblog mobilization, carrier,and ways of mobilization, as well its characteristics, etc. It puts forward proposals on communication strategies and risk management strategies for government to solve NIMBY conflicts. <<
