After preparations for the pilot project and the exploration of experiences in the past few years, through the ways of fastening her innovation of social management, building a new type of system of community management services, and promoting social service organizations to undertake public services, in 2012 Guangzhou has taken the lead in transformation and upgrading and building a Happy Guangzhou, who realized all-round development of people and happiness and welfare of people which allowing all the residents in Guangzhou to enjoying better social services, and realized the targets of team building of social service and development of social work.
