To start their own ventures are no easy tasks for youth, the success of which cannot take apart from their own abilities, efforts, and supports from society. The Communist Youth League is an organization that has a close relationship with youth and has advantages in promoting them to start their own ventures. Governments and the youth both have high hopes for the Communist Youth League. After an analysis of present status of the youth starting ventures by application of human capital theory, social capital theory, and the theory of information asymmetry, this paper believes that since the Communist Youth League is an organization major serving for the youth, its function and effect in promoting youth to start their own ventures should be explored at the same time of finding countermeasures and suggestions form the aspects of nation, society and family. <<
