Based on the strategic arrangement of the construction of Central Plains Economic Region,Henan network communication industry gained great achievements in 3G network services,Zhongyuan wireless networks between cities,the integration of telecommunications networks,cable television networks and internet,and communication infrastructure in the countries.However,in the construction of cyber culture,there still exist problems in cyber supervision,staff training,electronic business and internet cultural creation,which severely hinder the function of internet in accelerating the construction of CPER and the inheritance and innovation of Chinese historical civilization.Therefore,effective measures should be combined effectively with the present situation of Henan to push forward the cyber cultural development,thus can it help to strengthen the construction of CPER. <<
