Accelerating development of the integration of rural and urban culture was one of the important contents in the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee,which put a beacon for the coordination of rural and urban development.In recent years,Henan has been taking great effort to advance coordinating development and has also been benefited a lot,in spite of which,there still exist some problems in the integration of rural and urban culture,such as the poor cultural structure,funds shortage and backward special personnel construction.The integration of rural and urban culture is a systematic project.Only through the way of seizing the key problems and focusing on key points,can we really and effectively realize the coordination development between rural and urban cultures. <<
