This article,through the description of cultural resources,traditional cultural industries,new-emerging cultural industries and famous cultural brands in Hebi,introduces the present cultural industry development and some other development strategies for Hebi,such as project leadership,brand building,integrating-and-linking developing modes,difference development,opening to the outside and construction of talent pool.It also promoted suggestions to strengthen accumulative development,of which "One centre,Three blocks,Ten gardens and Eight industries" is the guide for making full use of resource priority. <<
