2012 is the first year when Guangzhou implemented policy of "overall construction of National Central City" and "new type urbanization".Guangzhou identified the right urban developmental direction- new type urbanization,made much achievements on fields such as innovating planning,coping with garbage,legalizing car-buying restriction.Moreover,propagation of Guangzhou urban construction and management went quite well.Yet,some problems still remained,which covers:traffic policy,panning didn't cater to civic demands,urban daily management structure was single,suburban areas developed much slowly.Finally,this report predicted future conditions on Guangzhou urban construction and management in 2013,and put forward some suggestions,which included:to construct more hub stations in suburbs;to introduce polyphyletic management structure,to strengthen scientific planning and creative management on suburban areas. <<
