2014年,我国移动互联网已经成为全球最热的掌上舆论场,微信、新闻客户端、HTML5等强势崛起,微博和手机网站依然占据移动舆论阵地,新老媒体在各种突发事件和热点话题中共同合力发挥议程设置作用,逐渐形成“潜舆论”和去中心化的移动舆论新格局。政府、媒体等都在“拇指话语权”方面展开新布局,新媒体“国家队”成效显著,政务新媒体多终端覆盖和服务化功能更加成熟。我国互联网经验和互联网企业的国际影响力不断增强。互联网“跨界”给社会管理创新带来新的机遇和挑战。移动互联网管理取得重大突破,“依法治网”迈出了坚实的步伐。
<<In 2014,users and internet traffic of Mobile Internet both preceded PC,which meant the age of mobile internet came. The Mobile Internet in China has the hottest public opinion field. First of all,such technology like Wechat,news applications,HTML5 rose sharply. Secondly,microblog and mobile websites still occupy leading positions in public opinion field on mobile internet. Thirdly,old and new media set agenda together in those public emergencies and hot topics. Three points mentioned above suggest a new pattern of mobile public opinion field which emphasizes decentralization has been built.
2014 is the first year of media convergence in China. Government and media has started the layout of Mobile Internet and the national team of new media has performed greatly in 2014. China constantly increased its Internet experiences,and the influence of China’s Internet firms was increasing dramatically. The trans-boundary practices of Internet brought new opportunities and challenges in the aspect of social management innovation. However,the management of Mobile Internet broke through and the government started to realize the internet governance according to the law.
