This paper focuses on the three IP producers of audiovisual content industry：video websites，broadcasting organizations and film companies，thoroughly analyzes their IP concepts，content production，copyright management and IP exploitation practice. The paper reveals the current developmental trend and existing problems. The paper also makes a summary of new trends in the development of audiovisual content industry based on IP considering the industrial environment of media convergence.
