In 2014，Beijing municipality put forward a series of measures to deepen administrative reform of social organizations，such as draw up a working procedure of registering without a supervised department，issued a implementary provisions on government purchasing services from social forces，initiate pilots of social organization separating from government，meantime strengthened supervision on social organization. All these produced very good effect，boost fast growth and quality improvement of social organizations.
