In 2014，Beijing Arbitration Commission（BAC）has achieved new progress in commercial arbitration and mediation and enriched the content of arbitration as they initiated an assessment system for the disputes in construction projects. Meanwhile，the BAC has made active explorations and achieved considerable results in arbitration regulation，professionalization and globalization. However，further improvement is still necessary as the arbitration failed to achieve sufficient domestic and international influence.
