Under the comprehensive macro background of deteriorated European sovereign debt crisis, unsatisfactory economic recovery of USA and a slow down in China's economic growth, China's A Share Market fell with fluctuation on the whole and Shanghai Composite Index rose by 2.58% with distinct structural differentiation. The ups and downs of individual stocks differentiated greatly. And the valuation of the whole market has stepped into a historical bottom area. Looking forward into the year of 2013, a continuously rising market is not expected and China's A share market may show great fluctuations with some structural investment opportunities instead under the backdrop of weak economic recovery and expectation of financial performance improvement of listed companies and inflation concern.
