In the thousands of years of cultural accumulation，the minority have formed unique，rich and colorful traditional fine arts of the intangible cultural heritage. However，under the impact of modern civilization，a large number of the intangible cultural heritage of minority traditional fine arts began to disappear，even on the verge of extinction. The state has adopted a series of measures to protect the intangible cultural heritage of minority traditional fine arts since 2006，and has made remarkable achievements. However，there are some problems in the current，such as thecultural ecological environment in minority areas change accelerated. inheritors fault；weak protection awareness of minority people；weight declaration，light protection. And low degree of development. Therefore，this thesis intends to provide some suggestions to help the protection，inheritance，development of the intangible cultural heritage of minority traditional arts.
