Intangible Cultural Heritage of Tujia is an important part of cultural heritage of ethnic of minorities in our country. Its inheriting and protecting has deep historical and realistic meaning. This thesis is based on the items that involved Tujia in national and provincial intangible cultural heritage lists，teased its current situation，of inheritors in Hunan，Hubei，Guizhou province and Chongqing provincial city.，then used a combination of local correlated polices and laws and present academic studies. Aiming to analyzed its current situation，characteristics and deficiency，and put forward some comments and suggestions，in order to provide a reference for the protection of intangible cultural heritage in practice.
