To regulate the behavior of justice is not only the foundation of even-handed justice，but also the necessary requirement of safeguarding judicial justice and enhancing judicial credibility. In 2014，Henan prosecutor ate insisted from the renewal idea，system security，internal control，external supervision，making public，information support and enhancing the quality to strengthen the construction of the standardization，and achieved good effect. The next step，we should strive to solve outstanding problems，further improve the quality of the prosecution team and comprehensively strengthen the supervision in order to make positive contribution to promoting the rule of law and deepening the reform.
