Currently，circulation of the contractual right of rural land in China is stable and healthy on the whole，but there are also problems such as shortage of circular funds，irregular operational behavior，more and more conflicts and non-grain-oriented tendencies. The reason is mainly due to legal norms is flawed，inadequate market mechanisms and dispute resolution channel is not smooth and so on. Therefore，we should improve relevant legislation，foster intermediary organizations and strengthen judicial protection，in order to promote the efficient and orderly circulation of the contractual right of rural land，safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of farmers，so as to demonstrate fairness and justice of rule of law.
