Based on the practice of Guangzhou, the construction idea, tragets and missions of smarter Guangzhou are analysed, and the key projects and model programme that should be pushed forward in constructing smarter Guangzhou are pointed, lastly some opinions and susggestions are presented on strengthing overall planning, building promoting mechanism, smoothing manangement mechanism, setting standards,enhancing innovation guiding ,and reinforing trainning and propoganda ect. <<
