2014年,铜仁市房地产市场总体上保持健康、稳定的发展态势,市场供需基本平衡,开发投资稳步增长,但同时也存在老项目遗留问题较多、存量房大量积压、商品房按揭贷款放缓、房屋和土地征收进展缓慢、市政基础设施配套建设滞后、住宅公共维修金归集率低、物业管理矛盾较多、监管力度有待加强等问题。在未来的工作中需要高度关注房地产市场形势变化,做好项目开发的政策性把关,加强房地产项目的跟踪管理工作;有计划、有步骤地批准房地产项目开发;合理引导住房主体需求;完善硬件设施,建立省级信息共享平台。
