China’s economy has entered the new normal，the real estate economy also facing the same situation，it should look for the path of sustainable development on the target of steady and healthy development. In 2014，real estate industry recovered from downturn，and the motivation was cased by the effect of policy release，however，in 2015 or long period，we shuould search new movitivation for sustainable development from the reform and innovation，human capital property dividends，resource integration，these aspects also will be the finality factors of real estate sustainable development in the new normal.
