Effect of city group development for the real estate market is huge. In 2015 Qianzhong city group by the national development and Reform Commission as a “national leading one of the city six areas” development，it is Guizhou province city group for the first time into the planning of the central government level，the province’s real estate market will usher in new opportunities. This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the city group and the real estate market，urban population growth and industrial upgrading from the two aspects of the city groups in Central Guizhou is driven by the needs of the real estate market，and finally puts forward some suggestions for the future development of the regional real estate market in central city group.
