In 2014，Guangzhou continuously promoted and strengthened people’s livelihood and social governance innovation. It has achieved remarkable results on social reforms of a number of important areas of social construction and development including the development of pension service facilities，social organizations，the rule of law，and other issues of basic livelihood and social governance. Looking ahead to 2015，Guangzhou will improve people’s livelihood and social construction through institutional reforms. It will continue to construct finance on people’s livelihood，improve public welfare，strengthen supervision function of social organizations，and accelerate community grid management，so as to build the social governance mechanism.
