The property management development in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City exists problems like inadequate management oversight，lacking residents’ organizations，limited government support，as well as difficulties in implementation of government policies and regulations and charging property management fees. Government departments should increase their support，respond to real problems，enhance the community self-management ability，optimize the communities’ shared governance model，foster residents’ awareness and self-consciousness of properties，and so forth.
