In September 2014，the SCO member state heads signed the Agreement on Transportational Facilitation of the International Roads between the SCO Member State Governments. This accord has filled in the gap of the SCO’s multilateral transportational facilitation area，and will speed up the construction of the SCO road transportation network，laying down a solid foundation for interconnection and intercommunication within the SCO’s framework.
