With the structure of the “Silk Road Economic Belt” as backdrop，this paper analyzes the SCO’s economic integration process，cooperative mode，structural characteristics and the predicatments and difficulties in its front. Taking the two countries of China and Russia as a key link，it focuses research on the strategic position of and target differences in ecnomic integration of the Chinese and Russian cooperation in the SCO region，as well as the impact of the differences in strategic benefits between the two countries on the economic integration of the SCO region，and finally，works out the cooperative mode and way for realizing the economic integration of the SCO region.
