The Chinese Communist Party adheres to and develops socialism with Chinese characteristics，carries forward thought and theory construction and formulates the strategic layout “four comprehensives”. The development of Chinese economy has entered into new normals，recognizing，adapting to and leading the new normals，the great logic for the development of Chinese economy at present and for a period of time from now on. China takes the correct road to solve its ethnic problems with Chinese characteristics，the ethnic relatoins remain harmonic as a whole. In the regions of minority nationalities，economy develops，society keeps stable，livelihood improves，and the struggle against separatism leads deep-going. The acceleration of scheming and implementing the strategic proposition of “One Belt and One Road” has initiated the establishment of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and the Silk Road Fund. China will play an increasingly positive and constructive role in deepening cooperation with the SCO in the areas of security，economy and the humanities.
