凤凰传媒收购美国出版国际公司童书业务，是中国出版业迄今为止最大跨国并购项目。本次收购不仅让凤凰教育出版社一举跃居全球规模最大的童书出版商，对凤凰传媒现有业务形成补充和延伸，而且还一举获得国际性的形象授权和全球化的销售渠道。
<<PPM’s acquisition of the children’s book business of Publications International，Ltd. is the largest cross-border acquisition project in China’s publishing industry so far. This acquisition not only makes the Phoenix Education Press the world’s largest publisher of children’s books，but also helps PPM to complement and extend its existing business，and obtain authorization of the international image and global sales channels.
