The basis and existing problems of integrated development of culture，business and tourism in Beijing Road cultural core area had been analyzed to propose the strategic positioning and principles for further development. In addition，the research group discussed the key points of integrated development of culture，business and tourism in Beijing Road cultural core area in details and recommended that the institutional mechanism，policies，funds，land requirements and talents should be guaranteed.
