The article discusses the concept and the characteristics of new agricultural management entities，which includes specialized households，family farms，farmer cooperatives，leading enterprises and various business service organizations. The authors think that new entities should be characterized by marketization，specialization，large scale and intensification. At last，the article suggests the government should improve the policies of farmland，financing，and human resources，in order to build a good policy environment.
