In 2014，the media industry in Luoyang was in reform and innovation continuously，the radio，film and television industry was stable development，the use of new media thinking promoted the integration of traditional and new media so that comprehensive strength of media has grown rapidly. Due to the restriction of labor，financial and material resources，TV program lacked of innovation and originality，and didn’t deeply integrate with the new media. Luoyang media industry should speed up informatization construction，actively promote the development of the Internet，radio，television and new media，and innovate in integrative mode of traditional and new media to meet people’s spiritual and cultural demands of diversification and individualization.
