As a big city of intangible cultural heritage protection，Luoyang has various resources of intangible cultural heritage. In 2014，through the efforts of related departments and people，Luoyang’s protection of intangible cultural heritage made marked progress，but it is necessary to further study and seek，in particular，in the improvement of legal norms and working mechanism，so as to provide strong system security for the protection of intangible cultural heritage.
