This report focuses in the youth in Guangzhou，analyses the situation of their social values and life values. The results show that，in the social values，the youth in Guangzhou have a rebound confidence toward the nation’s social and economic development，the expectation to a stable economic development is becoming stronger，and paying more attention to the social management，the consciousness of law maintains on a high level，but has fallen a little compare to the former year. In the life values，individual oriented and practical are still the main characteristics of the youth in Guangzhou，the religious belief is not the mainstream among the youth，but the phenomenon that middle school students have religious belief is worthy of paying attention to，in addition，most of the youth are likely to be affected by the advanced models around them. Based on the results，this report has put forward several suggestions.
