In this report，we comprehensive used the data that from “Guangzhou youth development status” survey in 2010，2012and 2014 and Guangzhou municipal human resources and Social Security Bureau，with the purpose to analyse the problems existing in the current situation of Guangzhou youth employment and Entrepreneurship from vertical and horizontal angles.The study found that：Guangzhou youth’s overall employment rate rises gradually，“entrepreneurship” has become an important choice for Guangzhou youth to work successful；salary counter ultra work stability，has become the most important factor to consider when one finding jobs；Guangzhou youth is more and more recognised human capital factors’effection on work，the concept of employment is becoming more rational；the quality of youth employment in Guangzhou is not very good，job satisfaction should be improved；“difficult employment” phenomenon in college students is still serious. Based on these findings，this report puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
